Blister Cards

Blister cards constitute the core for blister packing. The blister card makes for a stunning and highly visible display for your products. Blister cards can be used as single cards, but they are also utilized in different ways, such as the front and back combination or the fold-over card. If it is one card, the blister is then secured to the card by the process of heat sealing. Additionally, blisters can be sealed between front and back cards that bond to a card or folded before being bonded. The front and back and fold-over cards can be joined using heat or the cold seal, a technique we created.
Blister packaging allows companies to show off their products while keeping them safe inside the rigid, pre-formed cavity. The packaging comprises two elements: the pocket and the backing. The transparent pocket mirrors the shape of the item in the same way that most toys are covered with similar plastic covers and can also be an arbitrary shape, like an oval, a circle, or rectangular. It’s all about your requirements for packaging and what best fits your needs. It must fit perfectly with the shape of the item. The backing is the layer that stabilizes your product’s rear side. As with most packaging materials, the choice of material (often paperboard; however, it is not always) is dependent on the situation.
